How to Return an Item
Everything you return should be in its original state and packaging. Make sure you don't cut off tags if there are any.
By Mail
Start a return on the website or on the app and follow the instructions. You'll receive all the details you need before dropping off your parcel at the drop-off point.
Refunds
Refund Process
Once your return arrives at one of our warehouses and the quality has been approved, we'll initiate your refund. If you chose a Blendko e-gift card as the refund method, you'll receive this via email immediately after your return is approved. Did you choose to get a refund issued to your original payment method? Then, it can take up to 30 days to see the amount on your account, depending on your bank. However, in some cases, we reserve the right to make refunds through a Blendko e-gift card. See our Return Policy for details. Exclusions apply, including for resellers and those who provided an incorrect shipping address.
Return Eligibility
Items Eligible for Return
Items must be in original condition with all tags attached; Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from perfume or deodorant; Original packaging must be included; Must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Personalised or customised items; Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons); Items marked as "Final Sale"; Items damaged by normal wear; Items without original tags or packaging.
Return Process
Step-by-Step Instructions
Initiate Return: Log into your Blendko account or app and navigate to "Your Orders". Select Items: Choose the item(s) you wish to return and select your reason. Print Label: Download and print your prepaid return shipping label. Package Items: Securely pack items in original packaging with all tags attached. Ship: Drop off your package at any FedEx location or schedule a collection. Track: Monitor your return status through your Blendko account.
Processing Times
Timeframes
Quality Check: 2-3 business days after we receive your return; Blendko E-Gift Card: Issued immediately after approval; Original Payment Method: 5-10 business days after approval; Bank Transfer: Up to 30 days depending on your bank.
International Returns
For international orders: Extended 45-day return window; Customer responsible for return shipping costs; Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable; Contact customer service for country-specific instructions.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item: Contact us within 72 hours of delivery; Provide photos of the damage/defect; We'll arrange free return shipping and priority processing; Full refund or replacement will be provided.
